2. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are only available if the platform has major technical failures preventing access for an extended period of time (48+ hours). Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but no partial refunds are offered for unused periods.

3. User Conduct

• engage in abusive or offensive behavior in community forums or chatrooms.
• share or post inappropriate content.
• attempt to manipulate results or cheat in quizzes or progress tracking.

4. Account Security & Sharing

Each account is for individual use only. Sharing your login details may result in suspension of access. We use unique identifiers to track content access.
